I am a postdoc in the Rader Community Ecology Lab focusing on how non-crop areas and management practices shape pollinator communities. I am particularly interested in how habitat manipulation, with attention to plant and insect traits, can provide multiple ecosystem services, including maintaining pollinator community health.
