Lena Schmidt

I am a postdoc in the Rader Community Ecology Lab focusing on crop pollination by wild and managed insects, and how their foraging preferences are shaped by floral trait characteristics and floral resource availability (nectar and pollen). I am interested in ways to conserve and promote pollinator communities under global change, with emphasis on floral and non-floral resource supplementation.
